PRINT COMPETITION WINNERS  The 2020-21 PPFA Competition PRINT was a handmade book, “Devoted Thoughts about Dogs” by artist Plee (Penny Tucker) with a wrap-around leather cover, a contrasting tie and metal paw print charm latch.
