First Friday has a whole new look!

 

On the First Friday of each month from 5pm - 8pm, May to September, the Historic Columbia River Highway will be closed to traffic from Buxton Road to Kibling Street allowing for celebration throughout downtown.  

 

Galleries will be showcasing local artists.  Vendors are setting up in the street. There will be live music in Mayor Square.

 

Added activities include the Kids Zone and Disc Golf! 


Bring your friends and family and stroll the Historic Columbia River Highway ~  Enjoy the Art, the Shops, the Music, the Community!

Parking

You can find parking on the side streets as well as in the lots on Kibling, above Mayors Square and behind the north side of Historic Columbia River Highway. You can also take advantage of multiple overflow parking lots with shuttle service at the Troutdale Art Center, Glenn Otto Park, McMenamins Edgefield, and Harvest Christian Church.

 

Shuttle Service

Sasquatch Shuttle will provide regular shuttle service from McMenamins Edgefield and Harvest Christian Church. Guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express or Comfort Inn will be also be able to request a ride.

Ryd will provide regular shuttle service on their 5 passenger electric vehicle between the overflow lots at the Troutdale Art Center and Glenn Otto Park and the Gateway to the Gorge Visitor Center.
